MTN IS RUN LIKE A CIRCUS

Absolutely useless and frustrating service!! I am assiting my 86 year old mother to get a phone contract resolved. Yesterday the courier delivered the phone then took it back becuase the biometric reader was not working properly. He said he would be back today, but never came and there is no record if he will ever return. Many of the MTN number listed do not work or they simply and the only bots are useless. We have spent more than 3 hours to get any kind of answer and nobody knows what is going on. This is so frustrating - I am encouraging my mother to cancel - this company is run like a circus. We cannot get any answer from any party. The courier partners simply doesn;t respond online and MTN help have no idea what is going on.
