MTN is ruining our lives because consultants don't know what to do

We urgently need our cellphone number activated or ported or whatever is possible because we need a OTP. We cant access our gmail, bank apps etc. MTN tells us to call the lawyers, the lawyers say they cant access our account and we need to call MTN. Nobody can help us and this ruining our lives. We tried Facebook, WhatsApp, email, phone calls and we are not being helped. We are trying our best to sort this out and we have nobody to talk to.
