MTN is ruining my credit profile

I have problem with MTN legal department, I have been trying to contact them regarding my MTN contract from October to now. I tried MTN Facebook, MTN store and sending an email to their complaints department still no response. They've put my account in Default where's I couldn't find any help to make arrangements.
