MTN is *******!

So one cannot cancel their contract inside the branch. Cancellation of contracts can only be done over phone??? Been trying to cancel my contract since July to no success. Funny how they very quick to upgrade but very slow on cancelling. How the hell do they debit for a handset I do not have???

Been calling the 135 customer line and pressing the option 3 and guess what? Been holding from August till now? Nobody has assisted me.
