MTN IS ROBBING US !!!

Very angry with a MTN took a home router February, it was delivered but not working. Apparently there is no coverage in my area whereas the agent I spoke to assured me that there is one. After one week of the router not working we called and they said we must return the router to the nearest MTN store and cancellation is in progress. Only for them to deduct money from my account for a router that I haven’t used and is with them. Worse the total amount for the router was R339 a month but a total of R 598.22 was debited from my bank. How can a larger company be greedy, I need my money back. I can pay so much money for something I haven’t used 😭😭😭😭
