MTN is robbing people

I was extremely disappointed by the service I received from MTN, I ordered a phone online from them and they mistakenly sent me two, even after returning the one device they refused to amend the contract. I did not sign or even verbally agree to the second contract and don’t have the funds to take legal recourse. After 6 months of calling MTN to attempt to fix the problem
