Mtn is Robbing me

Hi It is the third that I buy data and it does not work untill it expires. Everytime I call the call center, they tell me that the will rest my network settings but still experience the same problem.

Mtn takes and take from me but no service. I buy data for it to expire, even when I want to use it.

Please help me with this problem .
