MTN is robbing me

Myself and wife have been loyal customers for well over ten years with MTN ,however I experienced a issue where my monthly anytime airtime minutes was reduced from 150 to 50 for 2 months I couldn't believe it at first and I checked my contract etc. After gathering all information needed I thereafter called the customer service team on the 16th of December . The lady that assisted me told me I was in fact wrong and I have always just been receiving 50 anytime minutes ,me all confused and couldn't understand why she advised me she was looking at my account and can see it's always been 50 anytime minutes . I called up again on the 12th of January because I knew I was **** to and couldn't have it left not sorted, the agent that assisted me advised me I am correct I was to get the 150 anytime minutes as that was my contract agreement ,she followed the necessary steps and told me i would be credited with the 200 minutes that i was owed for November and December. Got a SMS confirming reg number and that it would be sorted within 48 hours she also gave me the ref number call time date and the agents name that **** to me on the 16th December. I recieved my correct figures for january but still no feedback as to what was owed .I called up again waited almost 20 minutes and given no answer asked to speak to a manager the agent said that the manager is busy and would call me back that was Wednesday and still nothing .I am furious and frustrated, being **** to I was even given 2 email addresses and both no response

Good day Thaafir

Thank you for your post.

We are terribly sorry for the inconveniences that you experienced as a result of this. We completely understand the frustration it causes.

As per our telephonic conversation, the allocation for the two months was correct as you were provisioned for 150 Anytime minutes. We have sent a request to the call center management to listen to the call and establish why you were given incorrect information on the 16th of December. We will revert to you.

Warm regards,

Hi Since that day of mtn supivisor calling me about one problem and telling me MTN would contact me shortly after listing to the initial call on the 16th December which was a public holiday the same day I was **** to about my account . After the supervisor called me saying i did recieve the correct anytime minutes ,i now no longer since that call have a option for anytime minutes on my account .i have been purchasing airtime ever since it's almost 3 weeks and no word back .I am beyond the point of reason I am frustrated and angry I have spend over R200.00 on airtime and my anytime minute has been removed off my options . I'm not sure how MTN does business but this is the incorrect process and i will need to take things further because being s loyal customer since 2009 i have never missed a payment not once since then ,to get this spat in the face not to mention I added a extra contract aswell with MTN I refuse to be treated this way and i need help on taking this further because I am literally being ****** . The supivisor apparently told me that in fact all my remaining balances from the month would carry over to the following (it's a nee thing they trying with certain numbers ) but why are we not notified of anything I pay close to R1000.00 a month on my contracts to be ****** ,I refuse something has to be done
