MTN is robbing me

MTN is robbing me. Canceled my contract on Feb and they still charge me. Last month I received an email from MTN stating to refund me for my extra charges but yet again they keep charging me and no refund, I reversed the payment but they just went and took double, when I reversed again I received an email stating they will put this against my credit score. I'm trying to lawyer up...
