MTN is ripping me off

I have been billed ridiculous amount which I did not sign for.Every month it is getting worse.Tried several times to contact them and can't get through or get cut of.If this continue I have no choice but to cancel this contract.MTN needs to respond because this is ******* and no one can explain why my account is just going up. Can I please get answers regarding this issue.
