Mtn is ripping me off
<p>I took data contract at beginning of year 2015 , the amount on contract was R299 , to my suprise after few months my statement came showing R305 with explanation or notification. This past week I received shocking amount of R1660 , please tell me how did this happen because I hardly use this sim. I regret the day I took that contract. I have contracts with telkom and voda and none of this has ever happen to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>if I'm struggling to pay R305 a month how will I be able to pay R1660 all at once. To dispute any knowledge of these numbers we require a sworn affidavit, certified copy ID and a case number in order for our ***** department to investigate and conclude the matter.
