MTN is Ripping me off
For the last 3 months I have been running around to fix the amount of data I am getting which is not what I signed up for I am getting 20 Gig instead of 40 Gig. I called MTN direct to take out my contract but today I am told that "we are not MTN and we have our own prices". I am so angry

I asked to get a contract on the below data deals Mega 40 (20 Gig in the morning and 20G at night) @ R230 a month including a router
First month I didn’t notice that I am being given the wrong amount of data because I got the promotional data (30 something GiG for first time joiners) After 3 months of running around I found out that I actually opened a contract with a company called Velocity but I called MTN direct and they pretended to be MTN on the phone. Only yesterday I called this Velocity company and spoke to Bukeni ccd above
Bukeni responded today at 11:07 to tell me that the recording says I accepted the 10gig contract instead of the 40 gig I requested
I then asked Bukeni to send me the recording she refused
And told me that they are not MTN and their Prices are different to MTN,why didn’t they tell me that they are not MTN when I signed up the contract?
I know how telesales operate you state a point during the conversation and they speak over you and you assume you are on the same page only to find out that she said something else that I could have missed. They should have at least told me that they don’t have the 20gig special.
I still remember that day vividly I was sitting holding the MTN specials book with me
Why should I pay R230 for 10 gig when the MTN Special is 40 GIG (20 DAY AND 20 EVENING)
