MTN is reaping me off!!!

MTN have decided to switch off my wifi without any communication with me in December 2023 leading to Jan 2024, I made multiple attempts to find out where the issue was with no feedback.

I then decided to reverse one payment to get their attention which they contacted me threatening to blacklist me if I don't make an immediate payment and yet my services were still blocked now saying they blocked me due to none payment whereas they had no reason of why they had blocked me before I made a reversal.

Now they have debited all their money and still no service from their side or even an attempt to reconnect me except telling me the same old story that there is nothing wrong with my connection on their site.

I just need them to remove me out of this contract so I can find another service provider rather than paying for no service at all.
