MTN is really disappointing

I got a call from one of the MTN consultant on Saturday (30April 2022) offering me a deal that I have to pay R399 for 24Months,I declined the offer and told the lady iam not working,she said she understood but to my suprise I got a message that my order has been created,I have been calling them trying to cancel the order because I didn't agree to that,but they keep transfering me I can't get help. How did they process the order while I declined it even their calls are recorded why cant they listen to the record before doing that.how Will I pay 399 while am not working?.iam really disappointed in their services
