mtn IS REALLY A BIG JOKE

I have an account with mtn for a few years now and i have never expected this poor service in my life. mY ACCOUNT WAS handed over about a month ago to the legal department and I have been trying to get hold of someone in that department for more than 50 days to be exact. I have went to your MTN branch in the promenade mitchells plain , spoke to someone in your corperate division and called the foolwoing numbers *** and *** and GUESS WHAT no help whats so ever, no one has gotten back to me to discuss payment arrangengments and the unblocking of my account. My account is blocked!!!1 I am so ****ed you guys are surposed to be a big comapny with proffessional staff that has order. That is clearly not the case. Now I want someone to call me to discuss my account and unblockk the cell ohone ad i HAVE made payments . I want a call today still. Its time you people start working.
