MTN is probably the worst service provider at the moment

I have repeatedly contacted the MTN network Every time I top up airtime data and social network with a one week bundle I have no signal at all. If I top up with a R900 bundle I have no problems, this one day one week top ups seems to me a way MTN *****s from a person and this is now going on for months , I understand loadshedding contribute to the network but a large R900 bundle seems to be free of loadshedding problems. I have tried other providers and only one seems to always work, I think people should think twice before entering into any agreement with MTN , MTN makes all sorts of excuses and will ensure to re top up for you not to loose a 20+ year client. That's all lies don't you believe it, or maybe it's a race issue being white and all...

My previous review was the complainant about the network, now I want to make people aware of their devices. I love Huawei products ,if I purchase one from another company and use MTN in it buying large bundles or smaller bundles the device is excellent. If I buy the device from MTN the problems are endless, why I don't know but something isn't right at MTN , if they sell the real phone or a cheap generic one who knows. All and all I think one should stay away from MTN. I am loosing all hope with them. My review about 3 months ago they made all these promises like , due to my endless problems they are extremely sorry I would like to send me a similar new device and a signal booster as they do not want to loose a 20 year client. Don't believe that ******* either. Nothing is free
They can't keep you connected unless you buy large top up bundles , their lies promises fits perfectly within our country, not due to a lack of customer services but to your face lies , lies about routers lies about mobile devices lies about prepaid content. They are telling you one lie after another. Don't trust them,!!!!!!
