MTN is poor

MTN is a bad company they suspend my accounts with all my 10 numbers that I have with them I call 135 in the morning they told me my account is not suspended but when I call out they said youre account is suspended then they told me this is the system on they side said my account is open but we can't call out I call the Mtn store they show me my account is open but don't understand why is suspend when I call Mtn is bad they suspend our numbers but our accounts is open
