MTN is playing games and I don't have time

On 25/01/2016 I made a call to MTN in order to do a settlement the consultant told me that my account is in arrears, how ever I can't pay I need to contact mtn legal since I want to settle the account. I was given this no to contact mtn legal: *** which rang nonstop. Then I called again spoken to Phumelela who gave me ***. I call then a lady said I must contact mtn because she can't PIC me up in the system. I called 808 again spoke to Phumelela, who tried to do a screenshort of my account an emaild ed it to legal department. He assured me that legal department would get back to me. 26/01/2016 contacted call centre againg l told the consultant that I needed to pay before 29/01/2016. She did the same procedure as Phumelela then she gave me ***. These numbers are forever engaged. 28/01/2016 contacted them again I was given 011 number where I was told to contact mtn. Ey I'm sick of this game I've been loyal to mtn for years. I think I've been with mtn for 20 years if not more. If it was a good company i would have had shares by now. It is sad that I'm treated like this after so many years. I want them to take their money so we can end our relationship for good.
