MTN is pathetic with customer service!

My Fiancé app**** online for a contract by MTN on the 23rd of July 2021. They said they will Email him if he is approved or SMS if not approved. It is the 29th(nearly a week later and he is still waiting) This is honestly pathetic! He even queried it with no luck
