MTN IS PATHETIC, THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

This is the 2nd report and still no response rcvd. I want someone to sort this matter out. This is unacceptable and i will not have a bad credit report for MTN being negligent and not knowing how t conduct business. Please can someone contact me to close this account and unsuspend my number. I am tired of fighting this losing battle with MTN. i need my number for business purposes and having it suspended (not even my fault) is making me lose business. i am going to unfortunately take this further if i do not get a response to this matter urgently. It is not my problem if MTN is in Financial dire straits, u cannot ***** money from ppl to get your business up and running again. Contact me ASAP. Get rid of your dumb staff to cut unnecesary expenses, this will aid.
