MTN is pathetic

Sorry, MTN don't even deserve a star of any kind. It is absolutely pathetic. I bought data for a second time to be used during load shedding, but I cannot trace the data. Their app did not work, and the function *136# led me to Buy, then Data and my packages where I bought 1,3Gig for R59. The data is not available as I cannot get into Facebook, What's App, etc.
