MTN is pathetic

If I could rate them a no star that would be more appropriate. MTN is pathetic. Just a warning to all who are considering upgrading online at with MTN, you will be endlessly frustrated. I waited 6 weeks for the delivery and MTN could not care less. I e-mailed numerous times with no response from them and finally got the order cancelled when I refused to end the call. Now they are charging me for a contract I never selected. They are pathetic and should not be in business. We should start a movement were we can point out how border line ********ly *********** MTN is. They were rated by 702 as the most complaint about business in South Africa and they still just carry on regardless .Lets close them down, I say. I am so disappointed that I upgraded with them but this will be the last time I will deal with them that is for sure.
