MTN IS PATHETIC, DOWN WITH MTN

ATROCIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE. Took router in to Pavilion MTN store to return in order to cancel contract, depot only received the device 10 days later, in the meantime, I am been charged for a contract that is not been used. Spoke to a consultant who said yes, even though MTN collected it late, I am still liable to pay for the contract even though I am not using it as I have gone on to a bigger contract!!! So I am been debited for 2 contracts for the last 2 months because MTN were late to pick up the router from the store!!! This is day light *******.
