MTN is Pathetic

This is ridiculous! Every month I have to fight to get my invoices and Statements from MTN, yet they are very quick to block your account due to R 50 short payment. How the HELL am I suppose to know what to pay when I'm not receiving my invoices!!!!!! PATHETIC!!!!!!!!
