MTN is pathetic at supporting new customers

I ordered an MTN 5G Unlimited package and paid immediately. That included paying for the wait time which was 3 days. No Problem I did so. It was delievered 3 days ago and I provided all information needed to the courier, DSV and three days later NOT A SINGLE REPLY to my Whatsapp, emails asking for help, the numbers online don't work or have any options I can use. This is truly pathetic to have paid for a service up front and get absolutely no help from anyone. I regret my decision while still waiting patiently for ANYONE to help get my service activated.
