Mtn is pathetic.

I have been a loyal mtn customer from 2018,they were great and efficient but since early this year their service have been worse than pathetic,I lost my device which I have insured they are sending me pillar to post I can't get ahold of their call centre agents to "un-white list" so I can do a sim swap I have been paying for four months without getting my benefits whenever I'm in store they can't help as their system is not responding or it's unavailable. Mtn is pathetic I would advise people to not taking any of their "unavailable" expensive services. I thought Telkom is worse but mtn takes the cup.
