MTN is pathetic!!!!

I took a MTN contract 3 years ago. On November 2025 the contract ends. An agent emailed me in October asking me if I would like to renew my contract. I stated I would not like to renew, please cancel it. The next month I was debited. I was debited again in December and January. I emailed the agent and there has not been any response. I emailed MTN (with the screenshot of my conversation with their agent) and they referred my complaint to retentions, they responded saying they are processing the cancelation but im still going to be billed and responsible for payment. I responded asking for a reimbur*****t and still no response. MTN service has become pathetic!!!
