MTN is pathetic!!

Ive been teying since the 25th of feb to get my payments for Nov and Dec 2020 allocated to my acc and up to today my lines get suspended every 2 weeks. Ive send them proof of payment about 50 times already ive even given the originals to the grahamstown branch and all i get ive send it to the finance department. Im so over Mtn i have 3 lines due for upgrade. The service has been pathetic.
