MTN is pathetic!!!

I upgraded 2 contracts with 2 devices online almost 2 weeks ago. Received notifications that both were approved and processed. Only 1 device gets delivered, and no one is able to advise me where the 2nd device is. Calling MTNs customer care, emailing and whatsapping their supposed departments falls on deaf ears. The call centre merely transfers from one *********** person to the next. The email responses are even worse, they continuously ask for the same info repetitively yet it’s been provided. I concur with some of the negative reviews, the call centre agents are rude and ********!!
