MTN IS PATHETIC

I think MTN's service levels are absolutely shocking, i have to phone them on a monthly basis to make sure they deduct the money from my account and my debit order has been going off for the last 24 years nothing has changed all of a sudden out of the blue, they deduct money how and when they want to. I would like to know who gives them this authority? When you take this up with their call centre nobody can assist you and that is what they say they can't help you because they don't know how to.

The joke is all of us putting this on Hellopeter also means nothing because nobody has ever got back to any of us regarding complaints they just don't care.
