MTN IS PATHETIC

Pathetic service! From MTN support and the App! Paid for airtime on the app of 4th Oct 2020! Never received! Now with 2 months passed and 30 plus emails back and forth... still nothing! They just apologized and said the issue with reference number .... will still be resolved! RIDICULOUS AND PATHETIC!
