MTN is pathetic.

Absolutely ridiculous. Over the past 2 years, I have sent numerous emails, SMS'es and visited the MTN store in Centurion 4 times to change my email address that I have no access to for the past 2 years. IT IS STILL NOT DONE! My monthly bill is STILL sent to my previous company email address!! I have no idea what else to do. They are sharing my billing information with ex-colleagues!
