MTN is pathetic

How pathetic can one company get? In January there was a break in at our house, these demons stole so many falubale and sentimental opposition of ours. Among some of the electronics both our WiFi routers were ******, one of Vodocome and one MTN. We went the next day to both MTN and Vodacom stores. We had no problem sorting out the Vodacom WiFi router (even though we had to pay to get a new one, yes not only was our stuff ****** but afterwords you have to pay even more money to get back that what was ****** from you). Nonetheless, our next stop was MTN, we asked them to stop the sim card. However, they informed me that they don't pick it up on the system and that they have no knowledge of this device. After several other attempts to get to the bottom of it we couldn't do anything because every time they told us that they cant stop a contract that they cant pick up on the system. NOW, 8 months later, I need to upgrade my phone contract but now they pick it up and we are held responsible for the full outstanding amount. How pathetic can one company get? No phone calls/ emails or letters to follow up on why we are not paying the WiFi contract, but we pay the phone contract every month. No follow up, no warning, nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MTN you are pathetic!
