MTN is pathetic

<p> my husband took a contract from mtn which he was suppose to pay R129 monthly. It went well for the first few months until last month when R4258.72 was deducted from our account. We called the customer service line and some rude clueless consultant couldn't help us and even put the phone down before the issue was resolved so we reversed the amount and decided to go to the branch. The lady at the branch said it looks like we bought wholesale data and obviously that wasn't the case. She said she will get back to us till today she hasn't. Again today more than R4000 is deducted from our account. As for mtn they still quiet. We have not bought any wholesale data or whatever you call it, can you resolve this issue asap please as we really getting impatient and whilst on it train your staff on customer service. Your service is pathetic. </p>
