MTN is pathetic

So a week later and my problem still hasn't been resolved. I I've send several emails but haven't received any feedback not evens from one person or evens Alive who contacted me regarding the review i left.. MTN and all their people are useless. I would like to be compensated for these few months and bad customer service that i have received.
