MTN is PATHETIC!

This will be my 2nd time writing a bad review on here. But it is probably my 10th time complaining about this provider. You as a contract customer get ZERO support or help from MTN when you complain. I have complained again and again with the same issue and always get the generic response that it is being looked at. Guess what, it has not!

I asked to please activate MTN VPN on my sim card and got a response after 2 weeks that it has been escalated and I will be notified when it is done. They state general turnaround time is 2-24 hours, this was on the 4th of May. It is the 26th and NOTHING has been done, not even a second email stating that they are still busy with it.

Unfortunately I still have to sit with this contract until the end of this year. I am cancelling this pathetic service. I would not recommend MTN to anyone, you are paying for a service that is not usable.
