MTN is pathetic!

<p>i have been struggling to get my debit order changed for 4 months now. i have had no help from MTN customer care or any behind-shop-counter staff either.</p> <p>To all who are thinking of signing with MTN or switching to MTN, don't! they are pathetic; can not even assist with a small thing like changing a debit order.</p> <p> </p>
