MTN is Pathetic

3 weeks ago we went to mtn as i was due for an upgrade.<br> Friday last week we went to follow up.<br> <br> Mario the consultants how helped us told us all is in order the account is up to date and he will order the phone.<br> Friday Lazarus(tumi) told us no there is no order form even filled in! And we are behind on one payment. <br> <br> We emailed several times the proof of payment to Lazarus to unlock my filr for a upgrade!!! <br> <br> Everytime he emails me back telling me no the account is still locked for 2 days now.<br> <br> He will nog go the extra mile to use the proof of payment to help on an upgrade as they were the reason for this now we have to wait another 3 weeks? <br> <br> If a member emails me a proof of payment i will go out of my way to assist because it is service.<br> <br> They are so unprofessional and unorganised. <br> <br> I will never recommended MTN to anyone.<br> <br> If they dont want to work, why appoint thm? GIVE THE WORK TO SOMEONE ELSE WHO MIGHT WANT TO HELP!!!!!<br> <br> PATHETIC
