MTN is Pathetic

MTN is pathetic, the service is awful! I cancelled a contract in April and they said it’s okay, the request has been forwarded to cancellation department but 2 months later, I owe them an amount coz they still offered me their services even after my cancellation. They couldn’t allocate a payment that was made 3 months ago and the agents tell me I was owing in another MTN account. Pathetic, pathetic!
