Mtn is pathetic

In my last post at the beginning of October I highlighted how I've had data issues since my upgrade at the end of July. To date not only is the status of my issue still the same, mtn hasn't even responded to my post on this platform. We've visited the branch again and still nothing has been resolved. This time though another consultant by the name of Charlyn has been attending to us. Even though we haven't had any progress with anything yet ,things are looking somewhat optimistic. I sincerely hope with her a assistance my data issue will be resolved and i will be reimbursed for my incomplete data bundles received thus far.
