MTN IS PATHETIC

Mtn has been a flippen nightmare as a service provider. my contract account is upto date yet every month for the past 5 months they suspend my account saying its in arrears. i have sent them proof of payments for every month paid and still nothing is being done. my contract is about to end and they will never get a cent more than what they supposed to get. my second contract which is a data contract has expired 4 months..... after the 3rd month i went to Sandton store to get it cancelled. i have a reference number for the cancellation and still they debited my bank account for the new month. i will now have to go to standard bank and put a stop order because mtn refuses to sort the issues out
