MTN is Pathetic

So I signed over the phone for an MTN uncapped router and was made to pay the same time for the service pro-rata. Was then promised router or modem would be delivered the following week by DSV courier. This never happened, so made contact with DSV to schedule another delivery the following week. Keeping in mind we now into week 2 of a monthly service I have paid upfront for. DSV finally arrives with MTN modem only for their manager who I had on whatsapp to ask me if his driver had been drinking. Then they cannot give me my modem I have paid for 2 weeks ago coz they cannot connect their device to the network. Tried numerous different ways to contact MTN and cannot get to speak to a person. I been with vodacom for 20 years on my mobile device, and should have stuck with them on my internet choice. Any advice how I can speak to a human at MTN to resolve this and get a refund anyone???
