Mtn is pathetic
I bought an mtn sim card for my spare phone to keep for emergencies. Today we wanted to use it, put 1Gb data on and it didn't work. When i called customer service they said the number had been resigned to someone else and i have to go in store to TRY sort out the data I put on. No. 1 who gives them tge right to give my number away without my permission, no. 2 i have a full time job and do not gave the time to go to one of their stores where the service is always pathetic. Now thats R150 pasting and a sim card that is useless!

12 Sept 2018, 09:57MTN should make it clearer that they take the number I paid money for when I bought the simcard! the sim card was put in my phone and packaging thrown away at the store. I paid for that sim card, the number is MINE! MTN has done NOTHING to try and assist. A lady phoned weeks ago and I am still waiting for her to phone me back. That is *****ed business and what you are doing is *********. My sim card, my number, I paid for it. Now you have costed me money I cannot afford to loose but MTN does not care about their customers!
