MTN is pathetic!

<p>I have no words... I urge anybody and everybody to move from MTN to ANY other service provider!!! I have a horror story stretching over a month, reeking of incompetency, unprofessional behaviour, just ridiculous lethargy! I have never complained on social platforms before, but I am going to embark on a campaign on every platform I can access to just get this pathetic company to simply call me back. I have been with them for more years than I care to remember and spent inordinate sums of money with them. Watch me MTN - I have tried every decent and responsible way possible to get you to give me the service any customer is entitled to, but after a month of multiple calls a day, multiple visits to MTN stores, multiple e-mails to assigned consultants - NOTHING!!! NOW I have no choice but to fight - and fight I will!!</p>
