MTN is pathetic

MTN has the worst service I have ever encountered. From their products to the subordinates they have. Switching my home internet to MTN was the biggest mistake Ive ever made and I’d like to warn others who’d want to use they services. They home internet is unreliable, you lodge a grievance and it falls on deaf ears. Furthermore they debit your money then come back and say you did not pay. They decide which dates they may debit you on, and refuse to update your payment method. I’m flabbergasted and appalled by they level of service, absolute disgrace.
