MTN is pathetic

I have been struggling since 8 October 2021 to fix a problem on my MTN account....I have spoken to a "service expert " every month, explaining the who story over and over, I have spoken to supervisors, i have gone into the store in Walmer park shopping center where i have renewed my contract for the 5th time the past 10 years....I have gone into the MTN head office in Newton Park, they were the worse!!!! And i was just cut again with noooooo help....nooo solution...Is there anyone that can help me!!!!!! AND i have been paying like a loyal client should.....i never not pay my account!
