MTN is Pathetic!

I am so tired of MTN, I made payment on 27 Dec 2023 as my debit did not go off. On 4 Jan 2024 my account was debited again. I mailed customer service to inform them about this. I was mailed by Mpho Mashigo on the 5 Jan 2024 requesting detail to confirm as a security check. I rep**** to that email on the 5th. On 6th Jan I get an email from Simon Ncenya requesting banking details given to Mpho on the 5th, I obliged and sent a bank letter. Sent an email to Simon on the 6th requesting a refund date, no response. Today I receive an email from Thato Modise requesting banking details so he can further assist me, detail already supp****. MTN is absolutely pathetic,
