MTN is overcharging us
hi<br> <br> please assit me MTN is overcharging me , when calling thier call centre 808 to find out ,non of call centre agents are able to tell me and explain.my contract is about to expire in the next 3 months i was paying R499 P.M. Now all of a sudden they deducting R509...Non of call centre agent are able to tell me why. and they are very rude: call ref no (***).they keep telling me that they are not sure MTN has increases the prices.i have a fixed term contrac with them where by i pay them R499 pm FOR 24 MONTHS. i have read the TERMS and CONDITIONS , addemdum as well theres is nothing there that they have a rights to increase the price

MTN has not increased contract subscription prices for over a decade despite increasing operation costs, distribution costs, transport costs, handset price increases, infrastructure costs, failing exchange rates and increase in taxes. The reduction in mobile termination rates, coupled with the increased costs of network investment, has necessitated a review of pricing.
