MTN is one of the worst providers out the full of broken promises

I am so unhappy with MTN. Was call by them to do a upgrade on my phone and was never done. Then I went in to the store to upgrade and MTN has no Iphones in stoke. So was told by then to go to apple and I can do it there. Went to apple to do it and the limit I get had to be upgrade by 120 rand. Went to mtn and asked to do it was told its done but to this day not done. Was called again by MTN to upgrade and was told it sorted and still not done. This has been going on for over 2 months I am so sick of them and there brokem promises to a customer that been with them for so long.
