MTN is nothing but a disgrace

I went to MTN store Empangeni sanlam centre on the 29th of July 2022 to purchase a huwaei tablet on contract, the service instore was good,staff was friendly and my contract was approved but they did not have stock so they had to order and after they ordered i received an order number. The painful thing is that i am still waiting, i have not received anything and no one even bothered to call or send an Sms to inform me on what is going on. Im so disappointed 😞Mtn is a disgrace and unprofessional
